You do pay back portions. Take out a 58M loan. You pay back like 6M a week for 12-15 weeks. That's only a small portion.
i know that I just want to beable to have the option to put more down when I have the cash to do so
sometimes i end up being 1 million short to pay the whole thing off but by the time next weeks revenue comes in I have less money than before due to costs of the team

I just took out a loan against all my rules. 33M to up my 1,000 seat triple to a 2,500 seat triple. Only reason I did it was so that my rink capacity will be primo for playoffs AND tv sponsor offers. Should more than cover the interest.
