yeapie... I qualified for cwc... Hoping to get good offer tomorrow... Got 4 m offer today.. Human resource rated it two star so rejected it.. 
Two questions:
1. My HR will be finished tomorrow. Will new level have impact on tomorrow offer ?
2. Is there such thing as 5+* sponsor offer ?

It will only impact the $ at each level and not the chances of getting a higher starred offer

It should have, if you wait untill morning calculation. Coz offers are calculated when you click the link, and the object is build on morning calculation.

They're likely very similar. Difference between 3 and 5 star at the $ we're getting now is very small.
Ok, but is difference between lvl8 and lvl9 small ?
When you only make 5mil/week the difference is small, don't remember the exact number, but 5% is only 250k. When you get to 20mil/week 5% is 1mil/week. See what I'm saying? Each star is a % higher than the last. Small $, means little difference.
big diff between lvl8 lvl9, I would say lvl9 1* is better then 5 on lvl8.
Bah - Champion of my country and I have to go through qualifying in the CL...
