with 17 is 19,53 so im wondering is it enough,would your scouting be 19 or 20?

No, i mean, what away goal rule? I'm confused by what you meant earlier.
@TB, If you score on the away leg, is worth more (double?) than if you score at home.
@Alkeis, you shouldn't go to extra time in the 2nd leg unless it was a draw in the first leg also. But maybe if both teams score a goal in the extra time it is a problem, because you didn't get to play extra time in the home leg draw.

Its that, away goal rule is also on extratime in qualification round.. For example first game goes to team A 0-1 B and second B 0-1 A. And after extra time game is B 2-2 A. A is decided as winner with more away goals witch is 2 Away goals to A and one to B.
