I have a one star offer on the last day i.e. today... It amounts to 4.3 m/w... As of my understanding of the offers, one star means lowest bid.. And if i reject the offer, offer made tomorrow would be accepted automatically... Can that offer could be less than this one star... Could be it less than 4m
It possible that new offer is lower. But change that it is, is really low. If I would be in your shoes I would wait until tomorrow..
It could be, but chances are it wont be. If i were you i'd wait for tomorrows.

Yes, the differance is for each facility the same. Some things are here to find out for yourself. If you dont want to, read this topic from start to end and you will probably found every question anwsered.
