As i understand it, it's approx. 10% drop per CL level. I don't think there is any proven rule though, so it's all speculation.
There are people doing research into this, but until we have really large data set to work with, it's impossible to get a perfectly accurate figure.

You say 10% drop per CL level?
But when CL is zero there i zero training or negative?
So 6 CL levels is 100%?

That's just it, nobody knows.
But yes, CL6 would be 100%. I think many think the CL would drop incrementally larger each time, so 6-5 10%, 5-4 13% 4-3 17%, etc etc
But yeah, nobody has any idea how it works.

My guess is:
CL 6/6 - 0%
CL 5/6 - 5%
CL 4/6 - 10%
CL 3/6 - 20%
CL 2/6 - 40%
CL 1/6 - 80%
CL 0/6 - 160% - attribute decrease

It's not so big !
Imagine that he will practice with 1 point per day but will lose 1.6, that means a total of -0.6 points per day.

I have sent you the credits as a compensation. The ranking will be adjusted as well
As far as I can tell from hockey it's a lot more than 10% from 5/6 to 4/6. But that info isn't concrete and is coming from my head.
I think it's 6_>5 is 10%, 5->4 is 20%, 4->3 is 40% etc.
Those of you who were kind enough to supply soccer GK info... please message me for further findings.
