I have a good striker who have right preference, but have trained like mid striker. Must i train him like a right strker and then use on the right offensive wing? Is so better?
No, you dont have to.

What player is right offensive wing at all? No one don't use him. Why?

Ahh, he don't do that much goals, the CF goalies do more, but I think it's more because I havent really found the perfect training on him yet.

Hi, i am relatively new to this game. I was just wondering if it is possible to run successful club without buying players and using only your "homegrown" players. Another question connected with first one, how fast would it take for player to train for example mid or pass from 50 to 100 with 30% Offence coaching?

In theory its possible but you will find yourself in need to buy some quality players to fill up your squad.
As for training its not that simple, there are alot of factors that influence players training and coaching is just one of them.
Yes players progress with every training but the progress is determined by players age, carrier longitivty, training facility and their coaches and moast importantly by the quality of certain skill.

About your first question, I am one of those freaks, trying to survive only with own players
It's quite hard to compete at high levels -obviously my team is not a top one at all anyway-, mainly because we depend 100% on luck to get quality boys. If you see my previous post, you'll understand what I'm talking about some better...
In the end, it's up to you: if you don't care too much about not being -probably ever- one of the best teams, you can go for it; otherwise, if you love winning above all, forget it!

This could work if managers would have some benefits for homegrown players, in terms of loyalty or something.
So i can make compromise, homegrown + fill in positions with other players. I guess that could work.
