If the effective quality for playing central is clearly higher than playing at side i would take the central position even he is not universal
that is what i was asking for. i had trained my players based on quality, so i could have U playing on side, and side->U
i thought thats simply and clear if the player has better qualities for center playing than train him for center not for winger. with low speed quality its not good for winger.
Right and left, mean if he is best on the right or the left side of the field, not if he is right or left footed. But like Tanar said, if he got best Q as CM, train him as that, and if he got best Q for RM och LM, then train him as that.
Vlady said some weeks ago over here that left/right "lovers" have a small penalty if they play in the middle...
Only when that particular play of the match was on the non-preferred side

When international cups and national teams in first level will be introduced in that group last game of the tournament will take place at the same time? In the real world it is, not PPM. Currently it is - the more team to the west, the more advantage. We need a level playing field!
the playing field is level. all managers have the same deadline to set their tactics and lineups.
