On individual player marks it have influence. Just take a look at my LD Radojkovic (mentioned above) in next matches:

Mark 4: soccer.powerplaymanager.c... - Position C
Mark 4: soccer.powerplaymanager.c... - Position B
Mark 5: soccer.powerplaymanager.c... - Position D

Today I will play him in Position A and we will see the mark...

About teamwork and individual skill rating I really can't say anything about it, because mine teamwork is 19 for 2 weeks, as well as individual skill is 16

My question is:
A right foot defender should be played in left side of central defence in order to have same influence in left/right sides ?

the mark doesn't change because of his position, there are about 2 or 3 combinations of marks to all team- if the mark changes for 1, then it changes for the others, too (see how other marks are higher where Radojkovic gets a 5). This is an interesting feature, which, i think, has to do something with tactics- if you choose the wrong tactics, you get the decreased ratings

Take a assumption that when Universal CD plays just above the goalkeeper will give the same amount of influence to RD and LD. Putting him to the left side of central defence will mean that he will give more to the LD than to the RD.

If he is right footed than he can't contribute as much as he can to LD because he is somewhat handicapped by proffered leg (which is in his case Right one), so he probably will give the same influence to LD and RD. Playing him at right side of defence, You will get more from him. He will contribute to the RD more, than he will contribute to the LD in previous case.

It can also be an energy.. it falls from 97 to 96 in between these matches. Also, I just noticed that I played low in the match when he was in Position B and playing Low decrease marks. Good point Dumbris.

no, it isn't energy, I noticed this throughout the whole last season, although I still haven't found a "cure". My closest call is that if you lose midfield and play "ball posession" you get the low ratings, the same applies if you play long ball with a stronger midfield. But it isn't that simple, there still are more factors

OK. But why do U will play right footed player on left side of central defence? If U need to play him in central defence it will be wise to play him at right side of central defence as U will benefit more from him...

I always play ball possession when playing at home because I have strong team and I know that I will have better possession of the ball... anyway, it is interesting view...

I have another question for u... Let's assume we have 2 players (identical as skills, exp, che, etc), one of them is universal..one of them right foot.
Both of them are played as CD.

Will be the influence, on central defence only, the same ?

So why isn't tactic included in match report? It's hard to track anything without this information. Unless there is some kind of ring of counter tactic as in hockey but PPM doesn't want it to be found, so that they don't want someone to crawl all games to find out some patterns. But in that case, having it displayed only on your own games would be enough without being crawlable at a large scale...

Both of them will influence as much as they can do to CD, but right footed one will give slightly less influence to CD than universal one. At least, this is what is said in the Guide.

That means, if I have 2 CDs, one leftie and one right foot, and we put them:
- right foot player in right part of central defence
and
- left foot player in left side of central defence
we'll get a lower influence on central defence (because they will influence more the sides) !

But, if we put them like:
- right foot player in left part of central defence
and
- left foot player in right side of central defence
they will influence more the central defence (due to preferred side), and, there is no penalty for player performance, because, as in hockey, they play in centre part of field !

Am I correct ?

In theory.

Then again, if you were smart you would play min 3, preferably 4 Defenders; RD, LD and 2 CD.

or, have 3 D and an extra defensive midfielder (ie. CMD)
