1. You're correct. This is the reason I'm not using substitutuons at all.
2. If thing under 1. will remain the same, I won't use them conditionally either.

1. I am not sure about seasonal energy, but a player who plays 10 minutes surely spends less "current energy". This means that you change a tired player for a fresh one and that gives you a bit of the advantage. It also means that such player will have better practice on that day because he needs less time to regenerate.
2. when this is going to be implemented is impossible to tell right now

@vlady: I am not sure about seasonal energy
?????????????????????????
?????????????????????????
I have a player that always play the last 20' and its season energy is always the same of the players that play 90'.
So at least at the moment, it drops the same seasonal energy if the player is on the field 90' or 1'

lol could you find out for us please? I'm curious about this also.
Larsson22 already found it out for you. It's not like I didn't try, but even the guy who built the engine does not remember...
Ahhh cool. So a HUGE suggestion should be to NOT use substitutes, as we're just wasting seasonal energy on players who aren't playing the time worth the energy they're using.
This has no doubt been asked already, but could there be a rush put on correcting/fixing that?

Thanks Larson and vlady for answer. I think that better training isn't enough because in my opinion it is more important sesonal energy, especialy if you play with two formations.
I wouldnt say so. Those players may be wasting seasonal energy, but as I have said, you gain the advantage of having a fresh player on the pitch.
An advantage during the game, but a disadvantage overall on the season. That's not good programming really. It's like in hockey, a line with more ice time should use more energy. Do you know if that feature is coming soon?
That means I can make some 4th line goons and play them only a few minutes a game! But will their intimidation influence the outcome of the games or just put me on the pk more... hmmmm. Guess a line of Parros, Avery and Rypen may not be a good idea

avery doesnt intimidate anyone. he just pisses people off with his trash talk.
