As a manager from a small country who has now just got an NT, ive got a problem with having players come from others countries youth acads.

Where would the fun be for the community if all the players for the NT ended up being from teams in other parts of the world rather than from the community. I think the community would quickly lose interest.

You have good point cavaelen. NT must grow with home community.
Quality local clubs = Quality NT

And with that communitys grows. Stimulation in both directions. NT player is for local club a gift for good work. And that encourages others to do good job to. Because they know that they can have a NT player and can help NT. Home NT.
I think rich and good foreign clubs can steal this little fun from home community. And local clubs can lose interest for his own NT. Yes, NT will be probably better, but is this most important? For who?

NT can be a soul of home community. Like in our country. Our managers are so motivated, they help a lot, we are well organized. Almost all NT players comes from our clubs. Through the NT, community is improving and also clubs. For NT coach it is important that local clubs are well informed and work quality. So coach work on that. Helping other clubs, young clubs. Cuz this mean just good for NT and future. All starts at home and so I think it should stay. We could be the strongest team in the world but i will not be happy if our community/clubs don`t grow WITH NT and are not happy and connected.

This with SA and foreign pull`s sounds fun, i agree, but i think it`s not good for ppm future and communitys.

Well I am a manager from rather small PPM country, and I don't have a problem with it.

Strong teams get 3-4 and 5 players from SA. If strong foreign team would get 1 player in a week, or let it be in 2 weeks, how do you think that player will be better than 3-4 or 5 that you've pulled ? Also, since there are not too many strong teams which could surpass your potential NT players, there wouldn't be a case of total foreign NT.

Do you think community will lose interest seeing that one club in your country has 15-20 NT players while they have only 1 or none ? Think about that also.

With new rule they would`t have even this one, possibly. Will this motivate community more? Think about that also.

im not sure id class 800 teams as small but anyway.

1000 strong foreign teams pulling 1 player a week compared to a total of 50 local teams (not all of which are strong) pulling 4-5 and thats just looking at the pulls. Im not sure i like those maths.

Those players from the strong foreign NTs will have better training and thus those players will get better quicker too.

I take your point that seeing one club from a country with the majority of the players is also a problem. To fix this they should stop making it so jolly hard for new players to catch up. The game should never be about who is here the longest. But it currently is.

Was talking about hockey (don't know why I'm always turned to that sport), we have there 300 users.
Anyway, those 1000 strong clubs (probably less) don't have same chances pulling good player as one club from Australia does. Each of them polls just 1 player, and odds are slim for them.
Further more, they won't be pulling just Australian players, but players which would be dispersed to 60 countries.

fair enough. Just dont want a situation where NTs are made up of players only on the top 50 or so teams in the world and not from the NTs own community.

ATM this can only happen if a community chooses to sell its top players. At this point the community has chosen to do it and thus had control over it.

Community could choose also to buy most good players from abroad, if any was "abducted"
Anyway, NT manager has a final word who is going to play, who is good and who is not.
I think that it will be hard to get into situation where 50 players will be spread all around the world. We already have situations where NT manager chooses player from domestic club even if that player is slightly weaker than his countryman from abroad.

Double nationality:when a player play some season in a foreign country(it can be 4 seasons),he can take a double nationality and play for the foreign NT.
example;player with France nationality play in russian league can take the russian nationality and play with Russia NT.
