Injuries are not happy news for nobody mainly when given player is at the camp.

Why should be any tax for staff when they already receive big salaries ? Big salaries are some sort of tax. If you have 30 members of staff with 100.000 worth salary, you'll have to pay 3.000.000 every day. If someone could earn money from selling staff - let him. People are already aggravated by staff salaries, somehow I don't think implementing tax would solve that problem, on the contrary.
Same thing is done with staff injuries - they don't have injuries, but also they can't go to camp like players do.

If there is a tax on the amount of players a team can have, then there should also be a tax on the amount of staff you have.

I think I've already answered your question before you asked.
Breeding staff is just too costly because of their salaries. Nobody can be successful staff day trader. If you dismiss your staff member he won't go on market like players do, and if we don't have clubs who can raise coaches for sale with 80-80 in skill, how on earth could we get one ?
So we could have huge staff shortage on market.

Take me for an example (I had level 10 education center, but demolished few weeks ago). I've spent 65 millions on staff this season. Do you think I will get that amount by selling them now ? Further more, their salaries cost me 700.000 a day, thats near 80 millions per season. What kind of daytrader am I if I can't get half of sum that was invested in staff ? Thats nearly 150 millions for staff expenses, and I will let you know how good was I in Thursday.

We have a staff daytrader in US I.1- [soccer_team=30325]. He has sold 30-40 staff the last two seasons. He's got the best stadium/facilities. That's not all from staff sales because he's also a player daytrader. But he must be making money with the staff sales because he bought around 25 more staff this season. He currently has 62.

With the amount of money he has (over 400M in player sales and 200M in staff sales this season alone) and the way he abuses the system, I expect him to ruin soccer in the US in 4-5 seasons.

Max. number of players and staff would be solution for this. Is some way...

Building education facility costs him roughly 150 millions. Who knows how much did he spent on staff salaries from day 1, we could only assume that everything costs him 500 millions.
His sales this season (without tax) were around 200 millions, season before - maybe half of that (without tax). In seasons 1,2 and 3 he barely had any sales.
One thing that gives him big push are player sales.

Question remains how good will he be in seasons that come. I believe that he could make profit from staff sales in future, BUT that has yet to happen. He has to buy them, to nurse them, to sell them with tax involved. It's not easy profit for sure. And it isn't big profit. I can't imagine some coach to cost 100 or 200 millions. Can you ?

The simple fact is, day trading is the only way to really compete with the big teams. It works well. You can tell because so many people do it.

Til now, PPM haven't really done much to stop it. They need to though, as it's ruining the game slowly.

It's about forward planning.

By daytrading, smaller teams can generate more cash, that is then used to upgrade their facilities or buy better players.

Upgraded facilities cost a lot of money, which daytrading can help with. The higher the upgrade, the better training, better chances or prospect, etc are.

PPM, like many games of its kind is simply a case of money = greater chance of success. You can "buy" a greater chance of succeeding by daytrading.

How can someone with facility lvl 5 be better daytrader then someone with lvl 13 ?

It's just a question does someone want to spend time on trading - big teams would always be better in daytrading.

True, they won't. They will however be able to improve against people in their own divisions, enabling them better chance to promote. End of the day, day trading = faster improvement.

Daytrading cannot help smaller teams in ppm because smaller teams train slower their players due to their lack in facilities.

I haven't bothered to run the numbers because it would just annoy me more. He has the best facilities in the US and he's building all facilities and has three Doubles under construction. Plus he's spent almost 150M on players this season. Certainly most of that is from player sales, but the staff must be making him good money as well. If it wasn't, then he wouldn't have 62 staff after selling 70(!) this season alone.

Yes, training is slower, but daytrading allows those teams to upgrade their facilities faster, which improves training. Or, they could use those daytrader funds to buy bigger, better players.

Either way, they have an advantage over non-daytrading teams.
