What if a manager would be able to send scout (add an option like TC), to country _________, for lookout at "local" games. Lets say GM has option to send scout on Monday to investigate the terrain, and he comes back on Thursday to report. Next (youth-pull) day, you get 2-4 players (assuming you have SA lvl 12-15), which are either domestic players (2-4 players) or if scout is succesful you get domest. pl. + a foreigner (1-3+1).

If a foreigner is to find, would depend on number of team managers in that country. Example: it would be more probable for scout to find a player from Czech/Slovakia, than North Korea.

As long as we can pull foreign young players, I don't care too much the way ;-P

I'd prefer to choose ourselves the country from our guys would be, anyway...

Or you can establish youth academy department in some country and pay for that

I like HIGUERA's idea, and we were discussing that option in hockey long time ago. Of course, nothing happened, but I'm glad it's brought up although there is 99% chance nothing will happen again.
It wouldn't be good having foreigners from Slovakia or Czech Republic, because this is an online game in which they prevail, and they already have wast number of quality players for NT. What we need is reverse option of what you mentioned. We should get most players from countries who have their NT but small number of managers. In that way we could add some competition to world cup qualifications, as for soccer itself on PPM. And we could get more NT players in our teams. Seems strange that one team from small PPM country could have 15 or 20 NT players.

Or there can be when you pull players 50% that you will get player from your country and other 50% player from other country (if there is 50 countries 1% per country).

if we were to implement this idea, how about limiting the ammount of quality talent that a country can produce. Better youths will still be pulled by top teams of course, (don't want too many 90 AvQ's with D5 n00bies), and teams may invest in scouting a foreign country in-order to get better players.

You could draw foreign players based on the rate you play foreign teams. That would make friendlies much more interesting.

The longer they're on your team the higher their initial OR as staff!!!

The problem is... this won't happen until season 35 or so, unless guys retire at 40 and we just say they turn 50 the next season.

I'd just want to know any official comment about it. If PPM dev's are also for it, we could start tunning how it could be implemented.

Agree with Popeчe it could and should be a boost for "small" NTs and communities, and therefore we'd get a much more competitive competitions... more fun in the end, and that's why we're supposed to be here!

Of course, I'm all for not paying any extra salaries for our own young foreigners...

I think here are many other things to do.. more important than this.

Idea is interesting but .. i don`t like something about this. I don`t know exactly what. If i`m investing in young players i want with this help our NT.
It`s normal that number of leagues (clubs) and quality of clubs make NT better.. potentially. This is the reality. This is a point.

This mixing around the world I don`t really like it. I like that the players are born in home country..they can still go very young (15,16 years old) in foreign country. Like this happan in real world.

5-6 years to get other nationality. This is maybe interesting to me. But i`m not so sure All this things are radically changing the game and I don`t know if I want this.

Why not have them "born" so to speak with dual nationalities?

If you could be just a bit more precise why you don't like this idea. Same for more important things (to you of course, who knows whats most important to PPM team).
There could be an option - if someone doesn't want to get any foreign players from SA, although we could have only 1 foreigner per poll max, it should be left for users to choose in their team settings.
Or we could get from SA one player with dual nationality, who will have possibility to play for one of two nations.
And I like that idea for gaining other nationality after spending some time in other country.
All these things would add more competition to NT teams, and would make game more interesting.

You didn't offend me. Everyone has the right to speak up, just as you did.
Now, when it comes to opinions, it sounds better when people explain theirs like "I got used to this and it fits perfectly", or make other remarks about it. We need to speculate, and have different approaches, in order to see both sides of a story.
