But, i must agree with you. There is very very much idiots in the election.

But this is not foreigner-not foreigner thing. In the hungarian election was very much hungarian idiots. And in the german election german idiots and so and so.

Man should distinguish idiots-good person instead of foreigner-not foreigner person.

It kind of is foreign vs Australian though.

A number of us have asked PPM to make it so foreigners are not allowed to nominate themselves for a NT without support from a local managers. That way it will eliminate all the foreigners swamping the nominations and ensure that only those supported by and known to the community will get nominated.

But who will be that local managers, who decide in this? A smaller group of australian? And what would be the methode? Election before election? I think after the first election is not necessary th second. Or not?

I agree that there are many idiots in ALL election. If the australian would have 500 active managaers, then some of the idiots would be australian here in your lection and in other countries election too. the idiots must be filtered, not the foreigners.

Wount be happy the real australian if Jose Mourinho, or Alex Ferguson would lead their national team? I think that this nationalism is here in this ppm a little bit more then healthy. The hungarian want, that the manager would have over 300 experience to be candidated. PPM dont want that. Everybody can be captn. The idiots too. Like that bosnian guy. (I asked it, and he was montenegro guy, not bosnian.)
After that, the candidated must have the possibility to discuss. A campaignspeech is nothing. Not enough for anything.

In the election the australian are voting. Not the foreigners. You choose, not somebody else. You make so, as the foreigner take your national team away. If you want an australian NT coach, then you will vote for that. I told you, that use the foreigners and not see them as inferior.

I think using a separate more user-friendly forum is a great idea - given our small size I feel it would be great if we could involve every new manager and offer some support to get them into the game. We really need to make the most of our limited resources. I felt that when I was just starting out I had very little idea what I was doing - if we could have a resource to introduce new players it would be very helpful for our future..

I saw many match, where 1 man get red card, and her owner team scored after that and win. Here 2:3 after 2:0 and red card to an attacker. If you have 21 team/enemies with the same power as your team and you have many of matches like this, can it be to plan anything?
