Yes i know they do and have said i will add them. But at the moment there is no NT so whats the point of adding them yet? Quite happy to give whoever is NT manager all my players details. But i wont give them to everyone.

Anyone who is happy to will scout the enemies. The young australians will be trained by whoevers team they are on. Not sure how that can be any different.

Regarding SPAM - yes if you send me mail that is not tailored specifically for me and has a valid reason then i would consider it spam. Others may not but i would.

Regarding showing player attributes to others. My opinion is that sharing other peoples players with others (outside the NT where the whole point is for the NT manager and their assistant to work the best players for the NT) is cheating as those people haven't scouted them themselves. Once again others may disagree but thats opinion.

No it might not be an advantage for australia but im of the opinion that if an Aussie manager (even an inexperienced one) wants the job and will listen to the aussie community they get my vote.

What style of game would you play with the aussie NT team?
How many backs, midfield, forwards? Passing, Long Ball? Agressive/Cautious?

Would you play the same people every game or switch to conserve energy?

But i told you the example of the Bosnian. A bosnian guy won, and after that he make many of her own player to national member to make higher price to them, and sell. I wount do that, because i cannt. TB can do that. I dont say that will be, but i sayyYou cant be sure in anybody.

I touhgt, that anyone wins, there some thing, what we can do. For example: We can discuess, what would be good for australian community. What are your opinion? Who thinks, that it would be fine, if the NT would build a young national team? And so. I miss this conversation. Adventige disadventige.
Otherwise, i think there is really big chance that TB will win. I want to know her opinion. If he not win, the community must know what they want from the new captn. Do it need not a conversation? If we stay in one point, the world is going with us.
I really dont want to do so in a way that doesnt annoy the hell out of you. I hope it wount happened. I m just excited. Not because the election, but the national team. How many strong will that be? How many young talent can we find? Can we care them, to get soon better national team? And so. And excited, that i dont see the going on.

First part. We must know what we have. That is the base. (Thats why i want to make it so soon as it possible.) It is possible that the best player, we have are 6 def, 2 mid and 5 att. Or they can be 2 def, 8 mid and 1 att. We must choose from them, so probably (nut 100%sure) by the first option, we wount play 3-5-2, and by the second option we wount play with 5-3-2.

Second, my experience is, that every team has his own good style, and the style too, against them the team cannt be successful (bugaboo). We will have one season to find our best style. Formation, aggressivity and so. And of course we must know the style what our enemies dont like.

When we know, what we have, what we like, and what the enemy not like, we can decide.

By the way, i think that the aggressivity works not good. If somebody is aggressive, that means more shoots on target, but doesnt mean much more cards.

So many player must have so high chemistry as possible. Injury and ban always happening. So we should switch many times. But to converse energie, is not really the captns problem. If you see other nations matches, nobody converse. High and very high. These are all times. So we cannt go with very low. Probably against really good nations on awaymatch. When we have absolutly no chance.
I hope that we will switch the young players, who are not really good yet, but with a good trainer soon they can be better as a 100% national member.

Why do you want to be the coach of the Aus. N.T, when you've never been part of our community and know little about the country or the people?

Lets make something clear here.

I am working upwards of 16hrs a day, 6 days a week at the moment so forgive me for not replying fast. Clearly i'm not running for NT coach because i have spare time. I've been an assistant coach for the Romanian NT in the past, so there's no reputation thing for me, and to be honest i don't really care much for reputation. Ask most people and they'll tell you i'm annoying, way too outspoken, quick to react and quite often blunt to the point of rudeness.

I'm also not actually from Australia... i moved here 12 years ago and married an Australian, so i'm... kinda half Aussie. LOL

Now that that is out of the way, yes, we should be proactive, but like Cav said, i'm not sure about sharing a ton of player data with people who may not be involved with the NT.

Is that wrong? maybe. Is that rude? possibly. do i care? no. If people don't like it, they can vote for somebody else. Quite frankly, all these people from other countries trying to take this NT job is really starting to piss me off and wish i'd never nominated myself in the first place!

well when does the NT coach election be done. Also im reading that you guys are all fighting about it so why don't we just have Australian Coach and asstants yer

Yes. I m a little sad because that. It should be a TB against Borshow discuss with arguments, but now its only an australian against not australian discuss without real arguments.

yes but with that is that the reason that a australian coaches the NT is that they are from Australia and nothing but Australian so that there shouldn't be a person from another country coaching the auzzies

Either they can or cant do the job. And either they will work for the good of the nt or for their own good.

Given both your experience i believe you could both do the job. I also believe you would both work for the good of the NT not your own player. It just comes down to who i trust more. Borshow sorry but before the auusie nt came i didnt know you so at this stage i trust tb more.

Simple as that plus tb also has the fact that he is from the community which i think is a good thing for NTs if there is such a manager available.

plans for this season haven't really thought about them but as soon as i take a better look what i can do with the facilites, I'm going to leave my arena the same as it is now and with my players I'm just goin to keep training them up and keep pulling youths and see where i get with them. Yer i do think i can get better then 10 i think i could only get higher then i say top 8 or 7
