I see only 3 australian player outside australia. What are with the others?

In order to have any kind of database or spreadsheet, it must contain the attributes, CL, qualities etc.

@Borshow, I have no particular problem with you. It's just that we have campained for a NT for a number of seasons and as soon as we finally got one we had this big influx of foreign managers are suddenly all over the place being friendly because they want the NT job.

You have to understand, your country has had a NT for some time. You've had the ability to enjoy having a NT. We haven't. We've finally got an NT and it took just hours for people to flock here for the job. Nobody stopped to think how we might feel about that.

All teams. I put them to document now. Only her owners data is missing. 9 teams like cava, TB, Wookies, rocketts and so. Some teams like parramatta, destoryer or bb send me what they know, but with low HR center, they cannt scout quickly, so quality are missing.

We have very much bad trainered players. Very, very much.

You don't know, understand that how big glory if a manager, from another country, manage your NT.
If now it won't succeed then we stay and go ahead, searching good players to the NT and when the new elections come we'll try it again.

The database is on another page with all available only to a representative coach. Will be created only if it so wishes. It is used by all other representations.

I think, that you will win, i just wait your orders, and dont understand, what are you waiting for? You dont think, that you will win?

I ask the owners to send scouted quality. If they dont scout, then they send me only the attributes. Who dont send anything, there is empty the players attributes. I see now many players, and they are really bad trained. I hope that the 9 teams players are better. I think the national team will need this season to train the players to the right skillrate. I think in this season will be much more work and mails to owners as tactic about a match.

The captn will know 150 players. He can pick up the 50 best and young talents, after that we can start to write tha mails. 50 mail is easier to write as 150, or not. And of course the skillrate is captns decision, not our.

I was thinking about the communication with managers issue and have a few ideas that will enable us a much easier direct communication. The first is to use a standalone forum outside of PPM for the NT, which will have things like personal messages etc.

The other is to get all managers who's players we're using to give me/us their email address and i'll setup a mailing list which will be used to broadcast messages about upcoming games, rosters, etc.

This will nearly eliminate the use of PPMs messaging system, which, due to its limitations has issues.

of those three players purnell ive already scouted and the other two are in my list already.
