The problem that both TB and I have is that none of you had any interest in the Oceania or Australian leagues before there was a chance of being NT manager. Therefore it is very hard to believe your interested in the Australian community any more than just doing well in the NT for your own reputation.

If you want TB to answer a question maybe you could post the short question here. Im not sure what question you asked.

I didnt change my energy usage so i ended up playing vhigh instead of vlow so not very happy. Wonder if ive just gifted TB the title again.

This is about the national team. You want to make it, lead it thats okay. But how, and when? I dont detected that you do anything. You want to do it just 3 of you? Thats not enough. a national team need minimum 5-10 committed man. You even dont know that the national team members attributes are not secret. The most national captn scouted every other national teams. They cannt do it alone.
I searched all australian player outside australia. I wrote to every owner. I want to speak with the hungarian community to help us to build a great national team, or to scout enemies, or give us infos about the enemies. You even dont ask me to do that! Or ask robO299! Just do something! When he, or me disappear after the election? Who cares, if until that we helped you, and you try to involve active managers to help you. Search grimmo from II-2 league! He seems enthusiastc at now. But if you dont involve him, he can disappear too.
Your community is small. You must take care every member or involve member outside australia or you will fail.
And what if when i do it for my own reputation, but i make it hard, tirelessly, struggle and successful?

What do you all think? Isnt it a big disadvantage that you dont need a really fight for th highest place in the first division? You have only 3-4 enemies. The others are just runner up.
I have some other question. What do you think Tb, how many manager will help us active by the national team? Do you have names?

I hope we will have lots of conversation with eric, cava, alan and probably Nsdawg. But the others? It seems, they are not so active. Do you have relationship with other managers?

Cava, what you say, that is a two way road. It can be true not only to me. Look TB, what is for the national team the best, or he want only grown her own reputation? Or Do you say what the best is for your national team, or you have something else elfish object?

No i dont want to lead. I think TB as the top Aussie Manager should lead the Aussie NT. If/When he is elected i have no doubt that TB will do a fantastic job and that the Australian community will support him. Yes I agree need more than the coach and assistant. You need support of every manager with player in the team or with possible future players.

All players attributes are initially hidden but you can scout them. Why would i show additional people my players attributes when i dont need to?

Without the ok from the managers of those players that would probably break the rules. Just like me sharing info on another team in my league to someone else would be considered cheating. So no thanks i dont want to be part of that.

We care, the Aussie NT is for the Aussie managers. If your not going to be involved in the community then why would we want you as NT manager. The fact that none of you were involved before the NT got set up shows that your not interested in the actual community.

Its more a lack of fun which comes from the competition.

My guess is around 5-10 who are actively involved. Depends what you mean by help though. Lots will provide their player info, some will scout others.

No dont think we have a moderator. We did have a National Support team at one stage but apparently not having one is the preferred position of PPM over having one that couldnt put as much effort into it as required.

I was a NT helper for another NT team as well. However i was involved with that community well before i ever put my hand up to help.

Dont think TB needs to grow his reputation in PPM. Most in the international forum already know him quite well.

Dont understand your other questions. My objective is for Australia to run the Aussie NT while there are people willing to do the job. If there are no Aussie managers wanting to do it then im happy for someone from outside Aus to have a go provided they have shown they are dedicated to and part of the aussie community.

Because the national team need it. If you dont do that, you just pull back. We dont need all your players. I dont need any of your players. I dont care. I m not your enemy in any level. Not in your enemy league, or national league, and our national teams are not in the same level.

Where are in the rules, that if i scouted a player, i cannt tell that to others? Do you ever been in the market? Or where is forbidden, that if a countrie made a tactical analysis from the other, then he can tell that to others?

To be australian in the australian captn chair, that is not an adventige. It cannt be a standpoint. Emotion/feeling? Yes, but i think its not enough. I dont see yet, that you have any other reason to choose TB. Just beaacuase he is australian. Why are you playing with 10 midfielders in the last match? Because the australian do it so, that is australaian style. I dont think so. Arguments of reason should decide.

I write to moderators and chief moderators too. They have not so bad australian players. They dont think its a spam. They answer me kindly. If you watch, the database, then you could see, that the database about outsider australian is almoast full. (Some owner didnt answer.) But you dont send your e-mail adress to me, so you cannt see it. I think.
