Hey TB, im happy to provide suggestions etc for your team but please dont send me players attys/quals etc, Not sure whether its even within the rules but it wouldnt sit right with me.

As far as i know OTR has nothing directly to do with team strength. If you win you gain OTR if you lose you dont. So if you consistently play against poor teams then you could realistically gain very high OTR without having good team strength. On the other hand, playing in I1 against good teams you could lose over half your games and not gain anywhere near the same OTR but have a better team.

Dont write off your team just yet - will be interesting to see the team strengths after the first game tonight.

Cool. I'll see how I go tonight and drop you a PM tomorrow. I'm cool not sharing details of the players. I guess the things i'm keen to find out are what kind of strategies you use. ie. atty ratios, high vs low importance etc.

How come there can be 15 year player in hockey for sale today?

That are players without team no?

People, like myself, waited until the season reset to pull players from last week. This way they are 15 years old and not 16 years old. Saves a good year on their C/L and age.

Well, sounds odd to me that player without team can not age like all other players do.

Yep, me too. But the player I'm meaning, is for sale today i.e. the dead line is today.

I've seen a player or two where they had heaps of experience (seasons worth) but were 15. Like they don't age on a noname or something. Can you link his ID#?

Their contracts were cancelled. My guess is players don't age when they don't have a team... seems like a bug to me. When players go on the market due to team inactivity or due to just being sold they are still with a team. Cancelling contracts they have no affiliation. Since updates are done cycling through my guess is they forget about players without team affiliation.
