Are tactics broken.. These games make zero ....
yeah... i have no clue what that game was about. I mean... i guess maybe fast breaks is good? Or something? I don't know.
I've sort of given up trying to figure out tactics past the basics. =/ I think believing that tactics have some sort of rhyme / reason just gives us peace of mind. I'm less and less convinced that the tactical strategies we believe to be there are actually based in anything real...

Wow... i see 2 A-quality players in the draft so far. I don't remember the last time that happened...?
I see 3 A quality players, all at 6/6, but my staff is not quite good, especially in scouting.
Well... i'm gonna be taking Kurtis Mosley (LW) with my first overall pick, since he's the only A-rated 6/6 player I've scouted.
Not sure if there's others out there... I scouted all the 6/6 CL guys already but who knows.

You don't want Mosley - he's an F-ranked player according to my scouts. He has a bad attitude or something.
Otherwise, I have the same result for 6/6 players.

In my hockey draft, I have 4 A players and 1 A+ player scouted. All 5 players are 6/6 CL.
Why don't we ever have draft classes like that in handball??

one could only dream of that in basketball, in the last 6 drafts ive found 2 A's, didnt get either, SUPRISE
Also, A's in handball aren't necessarily good players with the same probability as A's in hockey. In hockey, I usually draft at least 1 great player per season. I probably have a better record in the 4th and 5th rounds in hockey than I do in handball.
A's in handball need to be good in almost everything while A's in hockey need to bee good in only 3-4 areas.

yeah... i know what you mean. I suppose it's true... the "standard" for A players in basketball and handball is much higher than it is in hockey.
But still, the opportunity to get 2 or more star players in a single draft is very nice.

I'm dumb. i just started a training camp... rather than waiting 4 hours for the drafted players to arrive.
doh.
I was thinking that i'd run it during the week that I had a bye week in champion's league... but I could've done it tomorrow to the same effect... and sent the A player I just drafted to camp for some extra training. oh well...

Welp... there goes the undefeated season. I figured this week would be sort of tough, given that I sent most of my lineup to training camp. I was hoping I could pull out at least 3 league wins out of the 4... so that definitely wasn't the start I was looking for.
That was a weird game too... i'm kind of surprised that Cactus HC somehow did worse in the 2nd half despite spending more energy.
RNG... she is unpredictable, eh?
