Voor diegenen die weer spelers hebben die geselecteerd zijn voor U18, gefeliciteerd!
Dat het maar weer een mooi seizoen mag gaan worden en dat er maar mooie spelers voor de toekomst bij mogen komen!
Ik was het in eerste instantie niet van plan, maar heb zojuist 3 in plaats van hooguit 1 speler aangenomen uit de sportacademie. Nu maar afwachten wat het gaat worden na scouting, maar alles voor de Nationale Teams!

Eén ding wil ik nog wel kwijt, namelijk het feit dat sommige spelers nog steeds niet op de juiste manier getraind zijn, terwijl al vaak aangehaald is wat de waarden ongeveer dienen te zijn.
Zo heb ik de speler met de hoogste GV (1087) niet eens geselecteerd, omdat deze als verdediger te ver achter blijft op Techniek, namelijk slechts 13% ten opzichte van verdedigen. Ik weet dat er in sommige andere landen wel mee gewerkt wordt, maar ik heb daar een andere mening over.

kijk weer een spelertje van mij geselecteerd. leuk. heel langzaam worden mijn faciliteiten beter en wordt het personeel beter. mijn doel is dan ook om in de toekomst meer te kunnen bijdragen. go oranje

Obviously a huge thank you for the votes (although there wasn't any competition) but we are more than proud/thrilled to be back in charge of the U20 team. This season is VERY exciting very us with both Groningen and Stone City players graduating from the U18 team and populating ours. This season's team will be a very large improvement on anything we have seen and we are uber-keen on seeing how this season plays out.

Well, here comes our analysis of the U20 team going into this season:

Center - traditionally the weakest part of this club, this season it overflows in talent. Talented and very deep. A+

Wing (both) - from our only strength to now our weakest position. What concerns me most is that pre-scouting of the U18 team shows that it isn't going to get better soon. A C+ compared to other seasons but, relative to this season's team, probably only a C.

Defence (both) - Not the greatest depth but the top 10 guys are solid to very good. We are fine here. B+/A-

Goalie - Winkelaar is a great addition and he is our number one, even though he is only 19. Decent back-up help as well. Next season this will be a very strong part of the club. A-

It's really hard to believe but we think this club might go up. A very strong Croatia club came down this season and Norway remains a hurdle. But we don't have to beat them both to get promoted. No promises, but we are clearly focused on this goal this season and have realistic hope to achieve it.
