Players selected for the team after the first week of the season, cannot be dismissed during that season. Players selected in the previous seasons or by a previous manager can be dismissed until the 14th day of the season.

This is the case. So it's not a problem to leave a few players off the team to be added later if necessary.

Thanks for the Vote from everyone-- I will be more of a shadow manager and will voice my opinion with Manum on tactics etc. Unfortunately the only Old Players that will be removed more then likely have been removed.

I was ready to remove a few CM's but with Ashcraft and Henne getting a demotion they need to stay. I wish I woudl have understood the context better from the Front Office and probably would have only kept Henne and let Ashcraft play on the U-20 for EXP. However both were vital to a successful WC run.

We are off to an amazing start in the Pre-season... We have now moved up to #13 in the world!!!

And we still have a lot of players to develop! With Henne and Ashcraft in the middle, and Sharrard, Ricky, McCready, and Adams with full chem, we will have a great team for next years' ICC!!

And I'm not even mentioning our defense or SMs b/c they're already beasts

Yes because we barely cracked the Top 20. Now we are knocking on the door of the top 10. I think we should have a successful pool play this tourney.

Hi everyone, it's been a while since the last "press release" we've made regarding the NT and with the ICC qualifiers coming up there's a lot to talk about.

For the qualifiers we're playing:
- Saudi Arabia (H) - Rank 41 - Team Rating 157
- Perú (A) - Rank 46 - Team Rating 146
- Colombia (H) - Rank 57 - Team Rating 119
- And Morocco (A) - Rank 61 - Team Rating 88

For comparison, our we are ranked 16 and our TR is 192

Since we are clearly the strongest team and should win all 4 games, this is a great chance to break the 300-point gap with the teams ranked 13-15 and maybe even get close to the top 10 (a little over 1000 points ahead of us)

This said we will not underestimate anyone to prevent any upsets, like last week against Scotland

The goal is to get off on the right foot in our home game against the strongest of the four this Sunday

As for the long-term NT project we are right on track developing chem and experience for our younger subs and future starters, as well as very excited to have Henne and Ashcraft next year, as they are absolute beasts!
