Just wanted to clarify a couple of the questions:
2) What I meant to ask was do you plan to compare what your predicted OR at age x is when the player reaches age x? For example, you have Vern Perrin in the database and it sounds like you're calculating what you expect his OR to be at age 18 (somewhere in the calculations). When he reaches age 18 (or at the end of his age 18 season, depending on how you're defining the projected OR), will you compare his actual OR to what you currently have projected for his age 18 OR?
3) While it is difficult to factor in injuries, it may be worthwhile to add a factor accounting for the loss of training due to injury. The basis could be that a player would be expected to miss "x" amount of training days each season due to injury. The "x" could be calculated based upon the percent chance of injury and the length of injuries from actual data. It would probably be a small number of days. I'd argue that training camps should be accounted for, as they can easily add 25-35 OR a season.

2. Not going that level of detail while i understand it is a valid point. At least not at this stage. as far as o know, players dont change age right after season starts. Not sure when they change age
3. I might add more details but for now it is already very complicated and needs tweaks. Also not all players are trained. There is a limit we can train and boost. some managers train two sets of players, some train same set twice...
Plan is to update players (current age/trained attributes) every new season.

I actually have (but have not publish it yet) calculations for training on each position year by year.
Looking good! You have amazing skills... Insurance is so boring compared to that. But I get paid a lot so I can't complain.
there is not details in this so does not matter. It is projected over a long period so no way to even guess what qualities players have.
As you know I have many features I removed including showing year by year attributes projections by each position.

at this moment i have to run the scrip to add the players once they are inserted. this will be changed in the near future.
he is there now.

Not sure what happened. I fixed the problem with not showing the side of the players and I now see both the players you mentioned in their right positions.
I got Drake Hollis about 50 days ago and he is 77% avg quality 5/6 CL. right side preferred- center defender with 81-58-97-92-74-90. I feel he could be good enough for NT as he already has 420 OR, but since he is only training at 1.05 average I would need to sell him to someone with a more upgraded training facility as I am at level 11 with 57/58 staff. Would he be good for NT if he, per se, fell into your hands or someone with a good training facility. If he would be I would rather help out the NT, than not have him be what he could and help me.
My Kyle Mallory is in the same boat. I train at about the 1.1/day
Mid 93, Pas 91, Tec 91, Spe 93
he is the beast but i cant train him properly.
If anyone interested in message me ....
