Whoa... How in the world?!

Wow your team is good for Tier III! Maybe you took over a dead team that had similar players? Except that doesn't jive with the team strength the "old" team had.

Exactly I'm very confused, I've played this game before several times before having to fold the team for various reasons, I've never started with a team so talented and so young. Not complaining but just odd

You have 20 18 year olds that have better OR than anyone on the U18 NT other than George Kaufman. Most of them have horrible qualities (and perhaps bad training), but at least some of them might have good enough qualities to continue to be elite players if sold to a team with elite facilities.

Though I said as much in my message to you, I am posting again here to advise top teams to take a look at these players.
