Gee, I wonder if powerplay manager can bs me out of a promotion this season? It will, be tough, but I'm sure they can pull it off!

it is best to aquire your players slowly as you first start ive collected several low salaried upper 600 to 800 or players for 10,000 each. ones I bought the first two days or so I wouldn't even consider for my team now its hard to be patient but it really pays off.( ive got few players I bought first two days that just ride bench now) ive yet to find reasonably cheap goalie for my situation( played 24 days or so)without spending big bucks so I stockpiled some young prospects and will let them grow. oh off topic but I need freindlies for December if youd like to fatten up your offencive stats hit me up lol

the best way to play PPM when you start "late" is to buy cheap veterans and never buy staff for at least a year.

It takes time to build up facilities and thus it does not matter if player is 1/6 or 2/6 on career life.

Just watch out their salaries. some are pretty high (specially those not well trained)

Honest question....if anyone still reads these...

Are penalties called randomly? Or are they affected by a player stat somehow?

It's some combination of a player's Technique & Aggressiveness.

I'm just focused on keeping HR dep upgrading and Arena upgrading. A player purchase or two here and there to keep my team in the top 8. Goal is to just make the playoffs. Finished about 10th last season, but i didn't play a full season, so not bad.

I had a serious attempt once before that ended in bankruptcy, so i'm trying to focus on building up my infrastructure first this time around

I'll be glad if you will make academy for young players. We need more team for building.

Any idea how i would have inherited these good young players? usually you start with a garbage team
