I have a spreadsheet that can be used to optimize your custodians based on your current infrastructure but this will give you an idea anyway.

I ran your numbers through my spreadsheet, and, assuming your two skyboxes which are under construction were finished, you should have a head custodian with 48 Security (Att. 1) and 25 Maintenance (Att. 2), and an assistant with stats of 37 and 19. Your custodians will then save you $36,035 per day.

does anyone know of a tool for helping out with rating the players and their skills? There used to be one by mr. orange but that went down a couple years back.
if you upload to my website you will be able to see Effective Quality and Effective OR for the players you upload. there will soon be more features.

I have, statistically, the worst goalie in my league (USA II.3). His ratings are 627-251-251. I went to a 100-40-40 training after reading an article on PPM Magazine. My question is, should this goalie really be this bad? Is it his training or his defensemen? Five of the six have defensive ratings of 400 or better. Thanks for the input.
Mine has about the same rating and is 449-222-221
he has 171 points of experience.
I noticed you play on high and very high a lot so he may also be very tired and thus losing lots of ratings.
