Do the seasonal energy levels go back to 100% after the end of the season? Meaning would a player start the following season at full seasonal strength of 100% ?

I successfully bid on two physicians from the "no contract" list 3 days ago. Under the "team transfer" page it clearly that they have been with my team for the past 2 days, BUT they do not show up on the staff page. Why is that? When will they show up for work?
Correction: they weren't from the no contract list, i got the staff and players mixed up. But the issue still exists.[hockey_team=id]
First all, be very careful buying staff. Their salary is paid daily, their influence on low level facilities is weak, and their salaries can cripple a new team.

Automatic contract extension was likely turned off.
it was on. Actually i never had the chance to turn it off or on, they never showed up.They are still listed as my staff under transfers.And they weren't transferred out, or it would show that.
I bid, i won,they took my money,and they are no where to be found except under transfers to my team.

Thank you. When i look under staff member career- transfers...it shows both transferring to me. Then it also says contract expiration. If that means their contract expired with me i fail to see how as i never had the chance to offer them one.I got them on the 22nd, and it says contract expiration on the 23rd. lol..shortest career ever.I hope thats not the case.I waited online for the next hour to get them set up,they just didnt show up.

Truth be told, it is a bit of a blessing. Staff are very expensive and definitely NOT what you should be buying at this stage of your team.
