A bridge too far tonight...
Italy were far superior to us.
But overall quite an achievement by Ireland.
We finished 3 places higher than last year, and beat some good teams in the process.
Anyway, onto next year!!

yeah, nice achievment but i'm with kristaps. why ireland didnt change goalie after second period?
Because the conditions were not met to change keeper.
Skeffington has 100% chemistry, and after what happened to the 2nd GK in the last game, I did not want to take a risk in such a big game.
Now I will ask both Kristaps & Jusper a question.
If I changed the keeper, would it have made any difference to the result of the game taking into consideration that after the 2nd period it was 5-1 to the Italians?
