I want to build his chemistry so he can start. So far he has made up 10 exp points in the first 2 games.
In the first game, the 2nd GK actually had a better save to goals ratio.
And in the 2nd game he faced almost 3 times as many shots as the guy who played the first period.

The biggest factor for Ireland will be energy.
Alot of the players are in the 70's, and will struggle throughout the tournament.
My players, although some are not as good as the rest of the squad, are still around 89/90 energy while the rest are mid 70's and lower!!

umm last paragraph isnt necesary. it inst hard if closest rival has 15 star lower team strenght 
but still if i would be in your situation i only would change goalies in situation where one need to change becosue of bad day. i hope you wont encouter situation when Cass would be second goalie and will have bad day

You can only beat whats in front of you, and I find it relevant.
Gotta conserve energy, and Turkey have played high in their last game, players will tire quickly.
