I chose the lineup and tactics.

I will be using the normal style throughout the season, since I don't want to be predictable.
The PP and PK tactics were the ones in effect last season. I will keep them because I rather have PP/PK tactics with high chemistry than try to adapt them to our opponents, let them try to beat us.

It was an interesting game against a team which fielded stronger players.
The preparation continues as planned, chemistry levels are being managed and players are being given a chance to improve further.

Tomorrows game will be one more step towards the WC, and I already have a list of 22 players that will be attending the WC if all goes well.

I would like the community to participate and be part of the National team, so I will be releasing the provisional list to allow managers to express their opinions and concerns. Let's start with the goalies.

No comments or concerns? Good, let's move on to the defenders, they are John Stapleton, John Camus, Jake Kinnear, Peter Moreton, Fionn Moriarty, Piaras Brodie, Gerard Canavan and Dillon McIldouney.

There is no reason to comment your choice of goalies because we don't have better.
Same I don't have any objections against defenders. Well trained and experienced, good choice.
But maybe you should keep some secrets, coaches that haven't scouted our squad will have easier work in WC

Of course there is. Imagine someone else has a better player that somehow eluded my search.

Regarding keeping secrets, they will still have to scout our players, which any good manager will do, but that info is more valuable for tactics than anything else, and I will not be discussing tactics here.

The plan I have set in place is meant to maximize the NT growth over the next couple of seasons, and to fill up the U-18 and U-20 that should start next season, and it has nothing to do with who the other NT are taking to the WC (I have already scouted the main players of most of our opponents for future reference).

I have searched many top teams manually and I haven't found better yet. So he should elude to more of us. Bud it is possible ofcourse.

Ofcourse they will have to scout them, but now they know which ones. You are right that it's a less important that tacticks and I didn't say that it will help them much, it's just easier

I don't doubt about your decisions, in fact your plan is the same as my opinion on the NT. Conception shoud not be only for next WC bud for next 2 or 3 seasons... good work
