:. Team Report
I have had time to look over the players and here are a few notes on what I found.
. Goalkeepers all have the preferred training ratios, and we will have at least 3 with a chemistry level of 95+
. Defenders all follow pretty much the same training but I'd like to point out that Phelan Alford, and to a lesser extent Harry Borrail, Michael Flood and Roane Fitzgerald, need to improve their technique until it at least matches their aggressiveness. This is so that our team is not penalized as much by too many in game penalties.
On the other hand, increasing one secondary over the other will create unbalanced players, so I would ask that Alby Abernethy, Eoin Granger, Damien Arnan and Garvin Roche secondary attributes are kept closer together if not equal and not more than 55% of the primary skill.
We will have at least 8 players with 95+ chemistry
. Wingers all seem to fall into what I expect but Terence O'Neill needs to improve his secondaries a bit as I find them a bit low. What I find worrisome is the low level of shooting where it should be at least 60% of the primary skill if the player has a good shooting quality, this is the case with Terence O'Neill, Sean Yule and Nathan Riordan.
We will have at least 9 players with 95+ chemistry
. Finally the centers all seem pretty good.
We will have at least 5 players with 95+ chemistry
The managers of the players I mentioned have been informed of my suggestions.

:. Tomorrows Game
Tomorrow we will be facing once more. The main objective is to boost player chemistry, therefore I have chosen the team amongst the players that lack in that department.
I have no illusions, it will not be an easy game, and chances are the result inside the arena will not be positive, but the work that was started at the beginning of this season is and will continue to be, so that when we get to the World Cup we will once again have a strong team capable of performing.

That was a nice surprise.
Our special teams were perfect and delivered us a win against a stronger team, not only in the power play but shorthanded as well.

Really nice game, grats. But why only 3 lines? Wouldn't be better when chemistry grows to more players at once?
Hey, you're part of the team, might as well take the credit also
And that is my intention, however there are a few players that would not be able to reach 95+ chemistry in a 4 line setting, so I opted to give these a boost right from the start.
I have this planned, between using 3 and 4 lines, to have most of the 50 players, if not at 95+, at least very close to it. This will also allow to save energy, albeit very little of it, for the players that will effectively be in the next world cup.

I thought so. But there is also an option to set up icetime to each line so players you need can play more and grow more and the rest will grow at least a bit.
Just my opinion, no hard feelings

Of course not, I'm happy to answer all questions, and even though our opinions will not be the same on occasion I will always try to explain the reasoning behind my decisions.
The reason why I didn't opt to use the 4 lines with different ice time is simply because the players that are not yet at 95+ chemistry will not need to take part in more than 4/5 games and we had 13 (now 12), so I plan on using those extra games to boost as many players as I can, including those that are not an option for this next world cup, so that when they are needed they can jump right in.
I also plan on doing it this way because it won't harm the ones that will be an option for the world cup.
