I agree, the result was not what we wanted, but it may have been one of those games. let's hope our next game against them goes better
The tests are over, now comes what we've been preparing for.
I will be preparing my notes and opinions to send to our NT manager, but it will be all up to him to lead this team to the results we all want.

My post got deleted but I got no message from the moderator. It would be nice to know what I did wrong so I could avoid it in the future.
If it was because I mentioned my intention to run for the NT spot, then it would be nice to know where I can post that kind of messages, since after looking in the forums, this was the place I felt was better suited.

In the Czech Republic was the case. He sent messages to give him preferential vote and eventually kicked out of election
So I cannot ask for support here in the forums, and I cannot send managers messages requesting votes (would be considered SPAM).
My question is where can I discuss my candidacy to the NT elections, if there is such a place (I still haven't received any note from the moderator in regards to this matter)?

If that is the case, how are we supposed to improve the forum activity and build a more active community?
In the Portuguese forums, each candidate is allowed to open one topic where he can explain what he intends to do and where other managers can ask questions about his project.
Who's the Irish moderator?

Ok, here's my suggestion, anybody intending to apply to become the NT opens up one, and only one thread in the Irish Hockey Forum, in the National Teams subcategory, named [NT] xxxxxxx, where xxxxxxx is the manager name.
In my case I would open up a thread named: [NT] xxflip
In that thread, the first post should explain the candidate project and his intention to run in the elections, after which any manager can ask questions.
If there are no objections I will open my thread tomorrow.

calmly. Now I realize that those advising opponent
You cannot discuss your candidacy anywhere. If you open a candidacy topic in NT subcategory, maybe you can discuss the candidacies there. Not topic per manager, but a topic for every candidate. In Hungary we have a topic for this, but it is close during the season, and open it only in the last week of season. After elections we close it. I think this is acceptable.
I deleted your post, because a manager reported it.
