what players will go certainly to the World Cup?

Just a quick note on the NT Puck. I have created the puck and uploaded the chosen design, which means next game we will be showing the new addition.

yea, Skefington is good backup. atleast goalie position is well covered for team Irealand. sure these 2 arent like best ones but for example, Cass would be battling for backup goalie at WC in team Latvia if he would have be latvian flag instead of Irealand

After reading some of the comments on the forum i came up with a list of questions for the NT manager to answer, which he did as follows:

1. Which players are you certain will be selected for the World Cup?

lo2010: I'm sure just about goalkeepers and 3 centers.


2. Why are you building chemistry on players that won't be in the World Cup?

lo2010: I'm building chemistry for every one because I'm not sure who will play WC.


3. Are you thinking about the future of the NT, or just planning for next World Cup?

lo2010: Think about future for NT is very hard, because I can just set up lines and tactics.


4. What is your plan for the NT, both short and long term?

lo2010: Select best players for WC and be 4th or better.


5. You now have 48 players in the NT, which is contrary to what you thought when you took over the NT. What made you change your mind?

lo2010: I change my mind because I was check statistic of I.1 Irish league.

Preparation seems to be going well, I have sent lo2010 a couple of questions that I intend to post here once he answers them.

Meanwhile, And since I already scouted the list of 60 players I had, I would ask anybody that knows of an Irish player with the following minimum requirements, to send me a PM with the link so they can be considered for the NT. Your contribution is invaluable!

Goalies: GK > 300, Career Long. >=5, Pas & Tec > 140
Defense: Def > 250, Career Long. >=5, Pas & Agg > 120, Tec > 80
Wingers: Off > 270, Career Long. >=5, Tec & Agg > 130, Sho > 180
Centers: Off > 270, Career Long. >=5, Pas & Tec > 130, Sho > 100

I asked a few questions to our NT manager, regarding the NT preparation towards the next world cup, and here's what he had to say.

xxflip: Has it been easy being the NT manager so far?

lo2010: I'm not sure if I understood well. But if u mean till now, answer is no.


xxflip: What was your biggest difficulty up to this point?

lo2010: This season ice hockey and soccer. Finally I'm playing against strong team.


xxflip: And what was your biggest reward?

lo2010: Way trough all other world league with my ex-team Assassins to won with I. Irish league


xxflip: What would you change if you had known what you know now?

lo2010: I'm not sure. I think I'm learning now more because now I must think way different then before, when everybody starting with similar strong teams.


xxflip: Are the players going to be ready for the World Cup?

lo2010: I don't know, I do just what I can. How I said I just set up the lines.


xxflip: Half way through the preparation, what are your expectations for the World Cup?

lo2010: Still the same. I said 4th or better. That is my goal, and I hope we get it.
