The next draft is based on SA and SD. So i assume that we have at least 8 teams, who have level 15 academy and SD efficiency at 100%.
So far, I have scouted 68 players, all of them with from one position with 6/6 CL. I have 7 6/6 players left to scout at the position. There have been a total of 0 A+'s, 0A's, 10 B's, 7 C's, and 51 D's. I will proceed with scouting as many 5/6 players as possible at the same position once I am finished with the 6/6 players.
A few times i forgot to set up scouting, so i missed 15 chances or so.
PPM Gods were nice enough to me, to give me a first pick. So i'm taking this guy with an A. The only one that i found. 
If anyone in our league found an A+, and willing to whisper me his name, i will give 10 credits. 
I'm pretty sure that's against the rules, and anyways, you can't send credits to other managers any more
No it's not. You can share with anyone you want. It's not like your are losing a match on purpose.
Beware of the Canadian Gestapo, they've been known to politely ask you if you'd please not break the rules.

Anything is possible. But i still have 30 more players to scout. So maybe i'll find an A+.
