Can you use the market scout? That would give you the best idea, as long as the parameters you use are sufficiently broad.

Time to be happy again, Cap. He's on the market. Someone with decent facilities will be taking him over in a week and training him up right for you.
I always forget about the Market Scout. Looks like I'd be lucky to get $5M for him. Guess I'd rather keep him. Ah well.
Yeah... one of those things where some players are always gonna be worth more to you than the cash would be.
Hopefully you get a king's ransom in return. With your stadium finished you might even be able to start training these players yourself soon.
That's ultimately the goal. Give it a couple seasons and it just might happen. In the meantime, hopefully Scruggs helps get me there.

Wow... very nice. But that's the highest starred player you've ever pulled? In like 16 seasons? Sheesh. I got a player with similar stars this season in handball and it's only season 3.
That said, my HR department in handball isn't close to maxed yet, so my 4.5 star player is likely not the same quality as what yours will be.
For what it's worth, I haven't scouted any of your players, and Charlie Smith is looking like the second best AQ on your team from where i'm sitting.

What a player but the timing does suck indeed.
Could anyone that pulls an interesting 15 year old in the next few weeks try to post in this forum and upload the player to the national team website - ppmdb.bulls4ever.com . In particular, I am interested in players with either at least 400+ OR or more than 85 scouted AVQ (only for the qualities for which the player will be trained) in the case that the player has less than 400+ OR. Players with less than 300 OR, regardless of quality, and players with less than 500 OR and less than 70 scouted (relevant) AVQ probably wouldn't have much of a chance.
If you put up a reminder next Monday, I'll upload all of my players with their updated age/career longevity.
