how UK managers look at u-18 lead by foreigner (even without UK flag in game)? i have already checked all league teams + last 3 season trade history, now im finishing researching 17, then will start to research best 16s

ok, as you seen im candidating to u-18 trainer position.
well, to dispel any doubts that i dont do nothing till im elected then theres is little progress report of scouted found players. i have found and scouted 44 17yo, 57 16yo and 74 18yo (not scouted, at first i wanted to point out current manager mistakes, but i dont have time to scout all players to make my suggestions. i will gladly give 18yo players list to u-20 manager so he can get best team for upcoming championship.). my search metodology was simple - i have looked every uk team players + last 3 season trades to get posible best result.
