what is wrong with who we have?

There are few things,main one is ,he didn't spend much time checking our opponents,then if you don't know that you can use tactics which aren't going to help you in the game.UK is better than some teams in Top division and still he couldn't prevent UK from relegation

It is hard to find words.

As leonandy1 says, I couldn't prevent UK from relegation. I sorry for that I did my best for our NT as I always did but clearly wasn't enouth.
But the reason why, it is not about time spending checking our opponents. No, it is not that simple and it is definitely not one man fault.

I am not gonna do deep analyze right now but i have spent 6 seasons working with NT and I can see more than one reason why we couldn't keep up with top teams on this WC.

As you all know they finally working on separating the energy of NT players so it'll be much more easier working with NT squad. It really wasn't funny to have some of the key players down on 65% SE before WC even started.

I need some more time to make decision whether I will run for GM or not however I wish luck to all candidates.

you are more qualified than any, so i would be dissapointed if you didn't continue your stint managing.

Yeah looking at the games we were outclassed every time. The change to energy will take one thing that is out of your control in to your control, but a small country is allways going to struggle to keep up.

Football is the same, but really you need everyone in the country just plowing all their money into youth and training to even try and keep up with the larger countries.

hey,don't be sorry because you didn't keep UK in Top division,it happens,anyway to have key players with energy only 65% is rediculus,nobody could do much with them,i hope PPM is going to change rules and separate energy

My name is Florin, but I'm known in PPM world as Ciukitu. I'm part of PPM staff since beginning of this game: first as translator, then as helper and moderator, and now as a Game Master. My knowledge about this game is good, enough to say that PPM doesn't have any secret for me.
I've started this game in Romanian 4th division, and after 5 seasons, I qualified for first league play off. Speaking about international teams, I can say I have high experience and very good results:
- second place in Division II, as Romanian NT assistant, season 4
- 7th place in Division I, as Romanian NT assistant, season 5
- first place in Division I, as Romanian NT general manager, season 6
- second place in Division I, as Croatian NT assistant, season 7
- 9th place in Top Division, as Romanian NT general manager, season 8.

I have signed up for United Kingdom national team. What can I promise to you, if I win elections:
- communication with entire community, in order to establish a good training for NT players, that will help us to fulfill our main objective.
- communication with entire community, in order to select the line up and tactics for upcoming games
- databases creation for NT players (if it doesn't exists already) and potential future players, that will help us creating a strong team in future seasons
- main objective: first place in Division I

Part of my staff will be:
- jo27, 4 times Romanian champion, my assistant in last season on Romanian NT
- cavou21, which will help us with database creation, scouting opponent players

Moleman, is not important who leads the national team, most important are the results. I had promoted two different national teams to Top Division, in 2 consecutive years. I can do it again.
UK can be where it's place is: Top Division. UK has the power to fight for a medal in Top Division.

It's going to be interesting election,for me it's fun,but i play this game seriously and moleman999 ,there is one goal in this game -to win.It would be nice to see British lead UK to the top ,is it going to happen next seson or the next one?Of course we need to leave choices for British managers,they only can vote here.Good luck all of you and i'm going to make a new post here after elections.
