For the record, I'm pretty sure there's a lottery with this type. In the first hockey draft (which was in week 4, and was based off of SA level), I got 1st overall pick, despite having the 2nd best SA (mine was lower than the top guy by 2 full levels).
Oh crap nice. Me and my buddy have 1 and 2nd pick. Going to be fun.

I'm glad we both got lucky. 
I have info on scouting but don't want my rub and tuggers buddy to know about it. Lets just say I hope I get lucky and leave it at that.

Yeah... you definitely need 2x luck. Once, to get the 1st overall pick to start with... Twice, for the player you pick to actually have good OR.

Abel's OR started low but his Q's are looking great for a winger. They have all jumped up since last week. Will know in 2 days as he is finally being scouted. Looks like a keeper for the next 3 to 4 years if the Q's remain high.
I just pulled a 329 OR, 6/6 back. His qualities look okay, nothing special, but he will provide some good depth.
