I think I'll be demoting. My team has just fallen too far behind and my OTR actually decreased. I'm saving energy for the National cup, but after that I'll but sporadic effort to keep my OTR moving along for demotion. I won't be sandbaging, but just spending much less energy on regular season games.
I just lost in the national cup game, my standing in league isn't perfect as well. It looks like this is gonna be a survival season.

The teams representing the US in the international tournaments seem to be doing pretty well so far, with 5/6 leading their group and the 6th tied in points, but in 3rd due to GD.
Hopefully that means that we may get back to 8 teams in the international tournaments next season.

Seriously, what's wrong with your team? I'm having a pretty miserable season, but that pales in comparison to yours.
I honestly don't know, just good enough to get enough draws not to be in last.
