The guy had scouted him, he's basically all 90s, but 59 heading... which is fine, since he's a Side Forward.
Then he was worth it
My best real forward is Kyle Durkee. His Qs are only 77O, 65Sh, 72P, 46T, 66Sp & 76H. That's not bad for where he plays, and I was happy with him as the second fiddle to whatever mid happens to be playing forward this season, but then the bastard dropped to 4/6 at 17yo. He needs to be replaced much sooner than I expected
I need to get me a Blomgren. $$$=(

$45M over two seasons isn't a huge total, I think you mistook the last forward listed as 30M, he is on 30k.
I saw the 'k'
That's still a lot. He's spent at least a quarter of his total revenues on two players. That's huge.
But I think I'm going to have to do something similar=) I always put it off because I didn't want to screw up my facilities, but jdevils has done pretty good with that. And I can't depend on Mids to keep scoring goals.

Using hockey as a guide... these guys will be relative bargains in a few seasons. It's just near impossible to pull 80s qualities players. I'll be looking to buy 1 cheapish defender for around $5-$10M, then its facilities the rest of the season.
I missed out on that in hockey
I started midway through season 2, but was only getting 250K per week from sponsors. It jumped up to just over 2M for season 3, but that still wasn't really enough to spend big on players, and I was so far behind on facilities. It wasn't until season 6 that I spent more than 2M on a player. That was 13M for a goalie.

Had an amazing game with BU today. Sadly came out of it with a 1-0 loss, but it was a great match to *watch*. I hit 3 posts and had two sure goal misses. Need to work on tech....
Now if they can only get the autopractice code working....

Just checked 4 of my guys. Working fine for me.
Mine is bouncing to a different attribute every day, not even waiting for a pop. I use a strange ratio scheme, but for hockey its working just fine.
Oh I think I know what is happening here....
In soccer, most of my players are very close to the ratios I want. But instead of training to the next pop before looking for a new attribute its training to a decimal point and since my ratios use larger numbers (not 4:3:2 or some variation like that) it means the attribute has fallen within range and so it flips to another training schedule.

yeah i knew it would do that, but I had an assumption that it wouldn't change attributes to train until a pop.
Hooray for home field advantage? 2-0 win with the B-squad. Mostly. I had 2-3 regular d-men. I was hoping that would be enough to salvage another 0-0 tie.
My team seems to have decided to fly south for the winter. Trying to determine if its just the stiffer competition, or if there is a more systemic problem.
