Thanks. I didn't expect this. Being last I didn't bother changing any tactics or lineup so it was indeed a weird upset.
really big match for my squad today. making some changes to the lineup and tactics. this team has really underachieved this season. my top forward being out for 2 weeks didnt help, but he's back so no more excuses.

This has been a terribly frustrating season. I also lost my top scorer for a few weeks, but I made it worse by killing my team's energy trying to compensate. Then I spent stupid money on a project forward that I had to play up front. Which meant Howell was back in the Midfield when he came back from injury. And useless. I've scored half as many goals as last season

Good game....that was a close one. I knew it was important for both of us. There are some good teams waiting to play in the relegation rounds, so I'm really hoping to stay above that line, but I haven't won a league match in two weeks, which is not helping.
Good game Arlington! We both had some good chances. I had control in the first half but you definitely had stretches of dominating in the second 45.

I heard rumors that in the amount of seasonal energy left at the end of the season has an effect or career longevity. In the guide it says:
"At higher age it tends to drop faster and, apart from age, it is also influenced by random events like injuries."
I like to think that instead of the rate changing randomly of drop changing randomly with age, it is also influenced by energy used over a players career.

Hah. jimrtex caught me with that last week. It didn't really matter because I played on Normal anyway, but it was still a surprise.

There's still two of you left in the CWC? Nice. The Atomics and the Sea Sides are in the semis of the ChL. Unfortunately, I don't deserve to be there, so I will be bowing out after today's match. But jdevils is looking pretty good with a 1-0 win in the first leg.
