I use a full spectrum training plan based on my own formulas so players train in pretty much everything (except goa for non-goalies and the positions for goalies) because it gives more flexibility to my players/tactics and just training three or four attributes won't work in the long run.
I don't really do ratios. I train my players to whatever I think is important at the time. Based on a few comments from other players, my primaries are probably lower. I like to focus more on secondaries. I'm really just trying to keep everything close enough. I don't want to leave any important attribute too far behind. I did that in hockey and it was annoying trying to get those attributes up to snuff. So I train up everything on my core players even if it has a lower Q.
You all saw Nick Howell's distribution last season. That's close to how I want my players to look, except each one is slightly different due to Qs. Or due to position.

Leggs, to your original idea about going on low, I think its against the rules for us to collude:
"It is forbidden... to influence the results based on agreement with the manager of the opposing team"
In a sense we would be doing this by influencing energy levels to give us an advantage in tournaments.
I may be over reading the rules, but I'd rather not get slapped for it later.
Besides which its one of the interesting tactic choices we get to make in this game.

I'm really wondering why my guys are fouling so much. I'm getting too many yellows. Its not like there is an Aggression attribute like in hockey.
I'd like to train this nonsense out of them, but it doesn't look like its possible....

yeah been working on that, but not seeing a correlation between my heavy foulers and technique.
I looked over the league stats and your team is 11th in fouls committed. So it seems like your problem is luck based rather than foul based. I have the least fouls at the moment, but I also play 5 defenders and don't need to foul much.
im upset on where am at this point. 2-2. Im ranked outside the top 10. 0-2 when im on low and against someone who is normaling. 2-0 when low vs low. ]:
your upset at leat you have managed to win some games. I have the hightest team stregth in the US only tied with leggman & I still havent won a game yet.
But i get where your coming from vexter. Personally I am just playing what my oppenents play at this point. They go normal I go normal, they go low I go low.

Im just lookin forward to the end of the season when i have a whole bunch of energy and can play on low and beat people easily
Pretty sure I now have the most expensive forward corps... bought all 3, Blomgren for $37.4M, Baer for $15.2M, and Viltnieks for $30K

wow sheesh I sure am doing something wrong in football since what you spent on those guys is over half of everything I've made in the game so far total!
What the? I didn't think it was legal to have that much money in soccer already
Did you scout Blomgren before you bought him?
