Hi friends,
we have implemented a couple of new features in soccer and handball to make things easier for you as managers. You may have already noticed them both.
In soccer match report you can now see all changes in formation, not only substitutions. If you or the opponent has moved a player to a different position, you can see it in the match report. This is marked by a black curved arrow. You can also see player swaps where players switch their respective positions. This is marked by 2 blue horizontal arrows. Dear friends,
in recent months we have received plenty of requests from former managers who begged us to give them back their old teams. For various reasons they couldn't log in for a long period of time and they lost their teams due to inactivity. Unfortunately we could not fulfill their requests due to the fact that it required a series of complicated database operations by the programmers.

Hi friends,
there is an important change in the tactical option involving time-outs that has been implemented today. As you know, you have the option to take a time-out if your team is trailing by a certain number of goals or if you concede a series of goals that you specify. The goal difference option in second half proved to be rather useless given the fact that teams often came into second half already trailing by a bigger margin. I hope you are enjoying your handball experience so far. We have spent the last few days tuning up the engine and fixing some bugs which didn't appear in the beta version. We also had to do some database optimizations because our server couldn't quite cope with the massive load on the first day of full version. The optimization has gone well and the game runs smoother now.
In the game engine we have made the following changes to make the results and statistics more realistic:

we are proud to announce that the full version of handball has just been launched! The third sport on PowerPlay Manager is finally here. If you don't have a team yet, you can create it here. If you had a team in beta, you don't have to create a team. Your team name and arena name have been transferred to the full version. All the other things have been reset of course. You can change your team name and arena name for free during the first two weeks.
Handball comes with improved economics and a more dynamic gameplay. You can play up to 2 matches a day and there are 4 league...

How do you like handball so far? We are constantly working on fixing all the bugs that you have reported. There are just a few more things we need to do before we can launch the full version. Hi friends,
The day we have all been waiting for is finally here! Beta version of handball has just been launched and you can start playing now! As we have announced on Friday, you can create a team in beta for 30 credits during the first 5 days. After these 5 days, beta will be available for free. Beta is planned to last only 14 days if all goes well.
