That's what I've been thinking lately (the SA hasn't been pulling it's weight and/or justifying the cost)... but I started the upgrade for level 10 the day that level 9 finished.

The fact of the matter is that while I haven't been as lucky as other people yet with regards to the SA, I don't want to mortgage my hopes of getting superstar pulls in the future either.

That's probably the one facility that I won't compromise on... because I'm scared what will happen if i do haha.

On Monday starting level 10 HR.

If you look at the D2 and D3 teams who are in the Melon range or around the Mojo range you will see who will be in I.1 within the next 2 to 3 years. The teams that are dropping will have to make some hard decisions to remain competitive. They will have to play the market while their sponsorship's drop or take the financial hit and just work on arena and facilities and have another shot at it in 10 seasons. The top 6 teams 3 years from now are basically set. The only thing I can see changing that is if one player system consistently beats another and one of those teams has to adjust. But then they will have the money to just purchase their way out of a jam.

This is what needs to be fixed for the next sport, I sure hope the draft works.

It's still 2 early to tell. Anything can change.

I agree it is too earlier but yesterday I looked at the D1 teams that were relegated to D2 and they are not doing too well. so it does look like if one team drops to 2nd it will be hard to come back.


D2.1 (2 dead teams) 1st place 91 points, 2nd 85
- Resovia - 6th place with 61 points.

D2.2 (2 dead teams) 1st and 2nd with 78 points
- San Crispino - 7th place with 58 points
- corona's - 8th place with 49 points

D2.3 (4 dead teams) 1st place 90 and 2nd 97 points
- Bedford Mules - 10th place with 39 points


In my opinion teams that manage to stay in for 4 seasons even if they eventually relegate it will be way much easier to come back because they had enough time to earn some money and build facilities and will be very likely more competitive than D2 teams.

I do see some great teams in D2 and D3 so for that i agree that once they get to D1, the division will be so hard that some teams will have to start to invest in players.

Howver, 2-3 extra years is plenty of time to build up the team before worrying about buying top players.

I think it is too early to tell as well. Right now the only difference is that some teams have been luckier with their sports academies. Once ratios starts to matter more and some of the teams begin to move ahead of the pack for the training facility and regeneration facility, the elite teams may begin to emerge, though the best teams in the long run will be the teams with good stadiums.

It will be hard to move back up after relegating due to the probable parity.

I just pulled a 124 OR/.5 star player.

heartbreaking. =( I hate that.

My pull wasn't amazing like I hoped, but the silver lining was that I had 2 players this time.

Picked up a guy that fills many gaps on my team at 244 OR. He's a lefty (only 1 or 2 of my top 10 best field players were lefties or uni's), he's a shooter (only 1 of my top 10 guys was a shooter by Qs), and he's a wing (I only had 2 or 3 out of my top 10 that had Qs that lended themselves to pure wing).

I also got a 4th string goalie at 200ish OR and 1 star (I'll use him for a season or two since my other backups are deteriorating and not as good - 20 and 22 years old respectively).

I'm still waiting for these 300+ players I hear so much about, or hell, even a 275+ player would be nice... but at least there are several teams in the I.1 that are struggling with luck too. I don't feel so alone.

At least I take heart in the fact that my team was decent enough that I was able to lock up 4 of the 5 prize money positions for goalkeeping save percentage this season. There's just something cool about that. =)

nice 5-14 all decided on the last day. This is what will keep me playing this sport I have no idea about

Actually, the probability of pulling a ~120 OR player with a level 9 sports academy and decent staff is probably about the same as the probability of pulling a 300 OR player.

why? you dont think you will get past first round and take advantage of teams with tired players?
