Hmmm ...strange enough !!!

There is no strange. The lines and tactics were fixed before the games, so they are able to play a third match. So they are able to maximalize the "Overall team rating", "Chemistry" and "Experience".

Here I think only the first game is interesting. It was the luck and the higher importance if I understood well

Yes, the rules say, it is not allowed, and quite disturbing too, but i doubt, that this has any consequences

on the other hand this 'agreement' between those two teams does have a negative impact to both their players energy because they need to play a third game. So it may help their team rating and chemistry and stuff, it may also cost them the playoff.
The first part is wrong, if they agree to play all three games on low.

It's not about chemistry or experience, it's about revenue from 3rd game and about players' rating from second game ! About what you've said: both of them used their second team in one game, game importance low .. so no energy to lose !!!
