I try to keep about 40 players (I find that I generally have 1 player injured at a time. More players means that it is less likely to be one of my stars).
I run a different roster for friendly games as I do for league games. This is to keep my league players energy high (although the loss is minimal, it does exist). Players also train better if they didn't play the previous day.
Also, it allows my worse players to gain some chemistry and exp (although minimal)

A goalie has to play 1/3 of the minutes to qualify for prize money. Is that...
a) 1/3rd of 38 games * 60min/game (760MP)
b) 1/3rd of all minutes played by the club (>760MP due to OT etc.)

Perfect. Thanks Vlady! And shame on you for kickin' my heiney so hard in the pool last week. You had to know Lucic would light it up after that trade lol

Is there a way to reduce penalties for my wingers? I am the most punised team of my team, and a lot of them come from my winger. My defs don't have a lot of technique so I'll train them. But for the wingers what is the solution? They have as much technique as aggresivity.
Thanks
Thanks

1. I still don't get this penalty system.
I have like +25 (<-- lowest value) difference between tec and agr for any player in my starting line up, I'm playing higher importance, I'm playing on home ice, but still I have same number of penalties as my opponent. I've checked his players, the difference between tec and agr is like +7, +8. What's the catch ?
2. What's more important: to have a higher experience on PP/PK tactics or to choose correct PP/PK counter tactic ?
Thanks for answers.

Q: How does pulling the goalie work?
i was down by 2 with 2 mins to go and then scored at 58:21. but then never pulled the goalie even though i was only trailing by 1 for the last 1:30.

that is different to guide which says:
"if there is less than 2 minutes left in regulation and your team is one goal behind. You will thus have an extra attacker on the ice and a bigger chance to score an equalizer. "
I was trailing by 1 and there was less than 2 minutes left in reg.
