Could we at least have some control on sponsor offers?

got this in football last season. Day 4 was a 1* aswell. Just gotta sigh and move on

yeah, I will survive, no problem, no whining... but is it fair? Absoulutely NO.. people fight hard 105 days, they try to beat opponent, engine, luck... and they it comes to sponsor offers last 4-5 days - and someone can get up to 20% less he deserves. Is that fair? Should that give people motivation to pay PRO, to give their best next season? Cause now - I have same offer as people with 100 less OTR and same other parameters.. dont you think that this is thing that should have minimum random in it? It is one thing where people should get what they deserve = +/- 5%...

Probably you build one or two levels of HR facilities than, have bigger OTR, better managers and so on. These days are behind us, and now we almost reach the maximum money we could get from the sponsors...

I'm just curious but could you tell us how much you're getting?

Don't know what happened to that table where we were uploading GS and TV offers. It was best thing for comparing, and now it's unavailable.

I would like to say that you are right.

But,

1. my OTR was +71 after the 5th Season(in comparison to 4th season). this season +35 (in comparison to 7th)

2. HR facilities +1 Level(5th) = this season

3. Manager 4th,5th and 8th season the same on marketing.

So the only thing what was better on 5th season is OTR =36

BUT i lost at 5th season 4 places. now i lost 2 places!

You say that to loose 2 places is a huge gap which cant be compensate by +35 OTR and +1lvl

at 5th season i lost 4 places! how huge is that? but +71 and +1lvl did more than just compensate this 4 places gap!!!!!! i am not sure, i think that i got over 2.5 mio more the week.

"We almost reach the maximum money"???? i have some informations about other teams and know that its not the maximum. i think that even you did not reach the maximum i suppose that you got just on GS over 100 mio more than i(thats ok you have more OTR etc). how can it be the maximum for me???

dont get me wrong, i dont want to be money-mad and get what i did not earn. I am just trying to understand why i get LESS, although i improved something.
I thougt that the only BIG luck-factor on the offers are the stars, but it looks like i was wrong. thats too much.

General Sponsor offers can vary by appr. 25 % to my experience. It's up to the HR departement to value them properly. They ain't always do their job right though. If your last offer was at the top of what you could have gotten back then, and this year's offer is at the other end of the 25% margin, the offer is still within reason. Bad luck I guess. You might get a much better offer next season.

I for one got 4* general sponsor money with 80 million total income compared to last seasons 75 and I'm totally happy with every single million of it. I'll work hard to reach the 85 million ppm-dollar plateau next season.

You know what, Pav? You've got too much money. 534 OTR points is more than any human can bear. Come to think of it, it's just like in real life, the more money you have, the more you worry. That's why rich people are so unhappy. Demote your facilities, sell your best players, relegate to division IV. Then there will be no worries.

You cant really compare anything cause this "stars" are crazy thing and you cant do anything about it. It is pure random, it does not matter what you improved - we are all small in front of random thing.

I got 36 bigger OTR and one level bigger facility... last season 1st in playoff, now 2nd.. And you know what? I got 50-70 millon less offers than last season because of 2*,1*,1*! It is huge disgrace that things like this happen. But what can you do? NOTHING. You can hope this random will not come back next season, and again season after that, etc. etc.

Seriously, stop whinging. 36 OTR isn't that much, and your extra level doesn't guarantee anything, it only increases the chances. You finished lower this season than last, so that has an impact and the Stars were lower offers. It happens.

I had 1* 1* 1* 2* last football season, much to my disgust, but there's no point whining about it, just deal with it and play the game. You're not the only person in that position, that's for sure.

Is it whining every time someone mentions random man? I am only saying to him HE CAN NOT affect those start, it is random generated. Or I am lying, it is not random generated??? My example was pointed to him so he can see he is NOT ONLY ONE with same problem. Do you have problem with that? I can give him another 10 examples of some other users if it is problem I mentioned me.
