I think a good method around the cheating is to have the loan prices set by the system, based on player age, Cl, OR, Qual, etc. Give options on length of loan, but have the price set so we can't manually cheat the system.
either way im looking forward to allowing some of my up and coming players to get some game experience other than just friendlies by loaning them out.
Does anyone have any idea what kind of reduction occurs if a player plays on the wrong side? 10%, 20%, 50%?

In my experience i've found the reduction to be between 15% & 25%.
Omg thats was much. in my hockeyteam(in real world) we got to learn to swap from left to right, right to left(when you are a winger not an defender. So you are a winger and not left- and rightwinger
I agree, that's how i play hockey also.

Well, a Left shot should be on the right side to get the their stick on the inside for the better shot.

Hmm that's pretty cool.
That means prices of players will go down. Donno how much, but it will. I just hope loaning won't start soon.
The prices need to go down. The majority of the people on the market right now are overpriced junk anyway.

do you pay the penalty (+112 players sold) (minimum is 10%) that is shown when you list the player? or do you pay it at the sale (so now it shows 11%, but when sold it's -2 players, so 10% penalty)
