Here is my take on how the SA could work in regards to determining OR levels of players.

Egs for 1 characteristic
Start with 10 then add additional 15 due to lvl 11 SA but only 30 quality. Thus getting 25 for that characteristic.

Start with 5 then add additional 35 due to lvl 11 SA and 80 quality. Thus getting 40 for that characteristic.

Start with 10 then add additional 25 due to lvl 7 SA and 80 quality. Thus getting 35 for that characteristic.

Start with 5 then add additional 10 due to lvl 7 SA but only 30 quality. Thus getting 15 for that characteristic.

Note: These figures are just made up and this is also not necessarily how it is calculated but it does make sense of how can get low OR players from high SA lvl.

Here is my take on how the SA could work in regards to determining OR levels of players.

Each player starts with a random value for each characteristic and then add another value that is dependent on lvl of SA and also the quality of the characteristic.

This is basically saying that each player has an inborn starting value and quality and then that quality is trained by the SA and added to the starting ability to get what we see as the pull value.

Hope that makes sense.

but then again, everyone would get same pulls and that would be bad for marketing I`m not to sad about these pulls, it just keeps good players in price thats how i see it! You can get lucky and pull a great player and he will cost around 40-50 mil.

I know I've been pestering some of you for C/L information but I've thought of something else to try and better understand. The "star" offers you've received. Any chance I could get a large group of you guys to private message me all the offers you got?

For example:
GS: 3,2,4
TV: 1,5

That would be sweet. Then I can try and figure out the odds of getting each offer. Perhaps it will look something like:

1 Star = 10%
2 Star = 20%
3 Star = 40%
4 Star = 20%
5 Star = 10%

Sorry bro, I was actually trying to do you a respect by calling it that. I've seen it written many times as Serbija in non Cyrillic writing in some sort of eastern European language. I just thought that was the non English/non Cyrillic way to write it. If you were writing in your language, not in Cyrillic, how would you write the name of your country?

Heh not true A lot of Slovak managers swear on academy, because quality of players what you get are not independent from level! Answer from maxo, but I'am not sure

I have listened version- higher level academy=higher chance on higher OR, no quality! I believe this, because I have level 8 and 9 and quality was terrible. On level 6-7 it was better...
