As far as I know, everything that head coach can, except:
1) arrange/cancel friendly matches
2) select/drop players to/from NT, but he can nominate 28 out of selected players for matches.

they can, otherwhise why would we need assistents ?

The only think I don't think assistants can do is pick players for the NT. Not sure about scheduling games either.

The problem is that Excel does not import hyperlinks to players, only player names. And yes, I have chosen to import with html format. Does somebody know where is the problem?

I got a 5-star General sponsor offer today that my team accepted automatically. I'm happy that i finally got a good star offer.
However...
This 5-star offer is only $200k approx more than my 5-star offer last season and there are 3 big points that I would have thought should have made it higher.
1) My HR facility is 2 levels better this season
2) I have 2 managers there with great attributes giving a total 38% Marketing efficiency
3) My OTR is 30 MORE than it was last season.
Vlady, Tuttle, anybody else in the know... please explain exactly how this works?

well i got + 1.7mil per week but still find it quite small considering all the achievements, facility lvl and my teams OTR, but will live with it...
We have no choice but to live with it, it's not like they plan to even look at the system, let alone do anything about it.
I'm now wondering what the hell the purpose of upgrading the HR facility was, or the purpose of getting staff with management specialties, or for that matter even getting an OTR more than 220 (my OTR last season).

As far as I can tell, OTR means everything. All those other thing (if they are factored in at all) are weighed so slightly. HR, managers, league level, don't amount to much. OTR seems to determine offers almost 100%.
I went up 35 points in OTR, 2 levels in HR, managers improved, and was promoted to league 1... I got less this season then I got last season.
