I'm sorry, but to me it is wrong, it is broken, and I am right on this. My mind has been made up and you are wasting your time trying to convince me otherwise.
Now that I have brought the issue up it IS directly referenced in the guide, so obviously my points were valid.
And I find your "follow the rules" bit completely condescending. maybe that's how you work, but if something is illogical and against all common sense, I will bring it up as broken. In your world this game would stay the same and never improve because no one would be allowed to question anything. I don't want to live in your world.

What a shitstorm this has turned into.
The system has flaws... the TV sponsorship offer is based on arena capacity, and therefor the chance for more people at the games.
The entire point of doing arena upgrades is to expand your capacity and obviously get more bums on seats.
Yet the TV sponsorship offer does not take this into account? You talk to ANY sponsor of a pro hockey team and they will no doubt tell you that they would be a LOT MORE willing to pay more if they knew the arena was expanding in capacity. They'd be stupid not to.
Yet here, by expanding our capacity, the TV sponsorship is less.
That's a flaw, plain and simple.
It's a programming issue, I understand that and I accept that, but I don't have to like or agree with it.
That said, there are a few things I believe need tweaking, so this is just one in a long list. LOL

The problem is if they account for it people can exploit it. I could hurry and get a loan and make some crazy expansion, get a really good TV deal, drop all the seats, recoup a bunch of the money and be happy. It seems crazy but its doable. To fix the one bug they'd have to code in quite a few more things and with the development of soccer they're not focusing on it. I am sure they know its broken but it will have to wait sadly

Read the manual and then say that it doesn't say that!!!
The amount of money you get from the TV company is influenced mainly by: the final ranking in the recently ended season, the overall team rating, the level of the human resources and economic department and the capacity of the arena.
>>>>> Warning! The offers from TV companies reflect only the current arena capacity. The sectors under construction are not taken into account.<<<<<

opivy is correct. That is a VERY new addition to the guide. I highly doubt it was there when the blues brothers (ns and true) first posted this.
I think the blues brothers joke is the best part of the whole discussion personally. I don't happen to agree this is a major problem. It is unfortunate that some have been adversely affected by this. Now that it's in the guide people will at least be better informed and can better weigh the options to making the decision.

As opivy and Eeoulo stated, that's new. In fact, it's only been there less than a day, as it was me raising this issue with Vlady and Ivan that got it added.
Also consider some people would start upgrading stands and then cancel them to get the sponser deal if they could to get a better deal and then get all their money back from cancelling
No clue, i've never canceled a stand upgrade. I'm just saying, there are more reasons than just "it's too hard"
And while I understand why NS/TB are upset, at least something positive came out with clarifications in the guide

hey come on!! It's not added right now! Cuz it's translated in to my language. And as i know, we haven't been translating anything about that recently.
I never done that either but it seems logical to me when you put something to build here that you will get half of money if you demolish it.
Anyway, I just want this discussion to end soon, and the best way to end it is to deal with another issue.
Has anybody something to ask ?

How's the weather in Serbija today? Here in Michigan the snow is gone, the birds are returning, and it's bound to top 60 again today and be sunny. I can't wait to get out soon... except it'll be to head to work and it'll be dark when I get done

Maybe we should be gone to chit chat topic and grab a bear or something...
