I'm aware of that, maybe we - the more, the better - can encourage them to listen to us. And the reason I encourage you to continue the debate is I like to "fantasise" (does that sound dirty - fantasy and "sise", we know what that means - for those who dont: the army of pretty sise ).

What if...

those players, that are pulled this way, would be eligible to play for NT only if they play whole season in homeland league/team.

FI: I pull player in Australia, he is 550 OR at the beggining of the season and position AvQ 99% ... but he can only play Aussie NT, when I sell him, and if the team that buys him is from Australia. To add to that "whole season" - I sell him on last day of season 10, he plays whole 11th season in AUS, and can be called in NT on 1st day of 12th season?

Anyway, I seem to understand now TB's worries. I think it would be hard from let say 5000 clubs which have 10th level of SA, and from that 5000 let it be 500 teams which want Aussie players, to get 2-3 really good players in one season. If team that wants Australian players gets only one in 2 weeks (something was proposed in that manner), how many pulls does that team need to get NT caliber ? I guess a lot of. ANd those numbers of 5000 and 500 are probably way smaller, so I think there shouldn't be any concerns.
What we are looking now is that many teams are quitting the game and their NT players are bought by foreigners, many of them are selling NT players...we have in Serbian NT 35% players that are in foreign clubs already. If it was smaller percent, I could have 2-3 more players from my team in NT. But I'm not complaining. Somehow I think NT is more important than number of players I have in my team.

And as well the newest country in the word, South Sudan -therefore the current PPM map of Sudan is wrong also-...

well yeah Palestine should also be recognized here cause it is recognized bye FIBA, in fact nations not recognized by FIBA as Kosovo does exist here :/
